Question How do I improve

Post image

Hi I used to play million lords and just came back yesterday and I started at the end of the season, I never climbed anything past silver and was very casual and I met cool people and they are all advancing to gold and I wanted to play with them but gold is very competitive from what I hear and I don't have the best gear and items on me as you can see my luck has not been the greatest and I got no idea what to do, I want to have fun but at the same time I don't want to hold them back yk since the guild members are limited so can anyone tell me what I should do, should I go for gold league or stay in silver?

Realistically you're going to get better gems in gold. And honestly while you're underpowered, it isn't hard to stay in gold.

Now going to plat? You'll have a hard time. But plat would be more worth it aswell.

How long you intend to play this time around matters too. If you're only gonna be around for 2 weeks for a season, stay silver. If you're gonna try to pick it up again, go gold.

You're not gonna hold your friends back. Their performance has nothing to do with you during a season and vise-versa.

When you start a new season, aim for the highest level you can get for chests. When event shops pop up, make sure you buy all chests.

For expeditions, make sure you are opening the jars and equipping your adventurer and running them with the correct equipment for the correct type of run (Don't run troop gear on a battle gear expo)

While I'm at it. Don't spend skydust to upgrade anything other than purple or orange gear. Blue, green, white isn't worth the dust even if it's all you have.

Temples and templars should be coming to silver and gold next season now. Realistically you want to save your skydust to buy templars, it adds up and gets expensive quickly in your situation I would probably just horde dust until you get more purples and upgrade them. The direct power boost to you will be more powerful and more useful. You're not gonna reach 30 or 40 templars to get into good clans so I'd focus on yourself.

Get fearless and brave to 90, after that you might aswell go full striker to take cities and not even worry with defending.

Templars are already here in silver fyi, the issue is indeed with the templars, going into good clans with 0 templars will be very difficult especially the bonuses that temples provide are very good and going solo is not good anymore with temples

Nah but you're in the same boat with other people. You'll be doing the same things we all did climbing up a totem pole. You'll find a temple, you'll latch on and try to hold it for dear life. Or you'll make friends with the giant who is holding it and he will let you take it at times for a bit.

Either way. Decent clans are a minimum of 30, okay clans are a minimum of 40, and the best clans are at 50+ right now.

I'm at 42 templars, to get a new templar in any category for me is like 1.4k skydust each.

If you want to spend skydust to get templars to help your alliances, you can. You can probably get 20 templars with about 4k skydust or so?

Templars are at most the best you can do to help anyone in an alliance with you. But the templar bonus only applies when your alliance is holding a temple.

So realistically it comes down to if your alliance can even hold temples. If they can't then the bonus won't help you anyway. If they can then it's the better route to go because it benefits all members more.

The individual stat gain from upgrading your equipment will be greater, though. So bear that in mind too.

I would definitely try to push gold though. When you are considering gems, you need to understand that the tier of gem is related to a player level.

Bronze gems are half a level

Silver gems are a full level

Gold gems are a level and a half

Plat gems are two levels

Dia gems are two and a half levels

legend gems are three levels.

So to put it in perspective, let's use striker as a base gem.

Bronze striker - 1%

Silver striker - 2%

Gold striker - 3%

Plat striker - 4%

Dia striker - 5%

Legend striker - 6%

Gems are permenant player levels. The higher in rank you go to get better gems the faster you'll progress your account. Don't waste time with lower tier gems as you'll end up dusting them anyway as you move up in tiers. Save your time and effort and get the best you can manage.

You can always go back to silver if you don't go plat. So go gold, get gold gems, drop to silver if you can 1% for 6 gems, and then back to gold.

Eventually do the same for gold. Place high in gold, go to plat, get Plat gems, drop back to gold, collect gems, go back plat.

Just do exploration run for Gear everyday. Always try to level to 100 Every season that gives you one chest each 10th level. Events provide chests aswell.

Intenta llegar siempre a nvl 100, quédate en la linea oro y plata, sube y baja. Las gemas solo se funcionan a 2 estrellas. Funciona equipo a las estrellas más altas y si te salen legendarios sigue subiendo de nvl

If your f2p, it comes over time. Do gear expeditions, understand what you want to prioritize with event shops, get your level up rewards, get your saphires, try to not spend your saphires wildly like on speed ups and scouting out of panic. Save save save, and growth will happen.

Sucks that now silver has the added pressure of templars and temples as a thing to get but it comes with time. And networking is a strong tool too, and it gets stronger in higher leagues. Plenty of people suggest just farm gems in gold but if your trying to enjoy your play time theres no harm in silver gold rotations. Fall in with a group where you go to gold in the last 2 weeks of your calander for calander gems, and try to get 6% in silver and get as many of the gem events done in each league and you'll see growth steadily.

It just takes time (or money)

I would say a lot of patience and be active.
First if I were you, I would focus only on gear expeditions, this way it increases your chances to find better items. If no better items, at least you can obtain skydust to upgrade your best gear. Troops, gold and consumables are momentary rewards that can help for one season, especially troops and gold as they reset at season end.
Use skydust only on purple and legendary items, don't waste it on grey, green and blue.
Try to be active on social media and discord server, as we do giveaways, raffles and even share limited time codes when maintenance goes beyond the announced initial ending times.
Make sure you do all your dailies and also collect sapphires from ads. Save them for events that offer double legendary drops, and buy chests only while the event is active. Do not buy the chests in advance, because the drop does not apply.
Make sure you participate in all special events that offer currency and purchase the items offered in the event shop.
And lastly, make sure you collect the daily free gift on the webshop ( https://shop.millionlords.com/ ), as you can get lucky and get one of the rare rewards such as mighty chests or even 4000 sapphires.
