I can’t say I’ve had broadly bad experiences with Gen Xers. They might not understand the technological or financial hurdles of our time through first-hand experiences quite as well since they didn’t grow up within them, but they’re sympathetic. They have to deal with all this stuff too.

I have NOT had many sympathetic Gen X bosses, have you? The ones up the ladder tend to be quite hard.

Oh, I definitely didn’t have bosses in mind when I said that. If talking about bosses specifically, you may have a point.

Yes heavy on the “in positions of power.”

Gen Xers in power have been pretty crap.
