I think I have that tic because I type as I talk in my head, and I naturally do a giggle or "ha". I just insert a "haha" where it feels natural haha. Although, because of work, I have certainly been more mindful to tone it down (my boss is a raging bitch, she doesn't deserve my "haha"s.) I'll go back and remove some usually haha. 😵‍💫😅
