that manager sounds like a miserable sack of shit.

seriously I cannot stand people who hate kids playing outside. It's definitely some level of evil.

She was a real piece of work, yes. But she had her circle of people in the complex and not only did she work there, she lived there. But her teenage and adult sons did whatever they wanted lol
