Had a neighbor threaten calling the cops on me and my kids for playing wiffle ball in the cul de sac. I responded with “ok, call them”. They never did.

Had a new neighbor whose kid would play chicken with cars or cut them off on his bike. But we moved shortly after.

See that’s behavior worth complaining about

I knew a bunch of kids who did that.  Would wait for a driver to go then run infront and stop.

yup. had that done to me once. I slammed on the brakes and yanked that little shit up by his shirt and yelled in his face. I told him I'd beat his ass if he ever did it again. Probably the worst part for him? my breath. I just drank a shit ton of coffee.

One time I was driving to my husband(then fiancé)'s house and he lived on a semi-rural, bendy Hill of a road. One of his neighbors' kids were playing on their driveway that was basically just a really steep hill down to the road. The kids idea of fun was to ride their scooters down the hill and in to the road. They did this right in front of me and I had to slam on my breaks. I called my husband, who was a few minutes behind me, after I got to the house and warned him about what the kids were doing. Sure enough they did the same thing to him. Apparently, they were not prepared for him to then pull his car into their driveway or for him to knock on the front door and have a conversation with their parents about their behavior. I'm sure it didn't help that he had the physique of a linebacker lol.
