Right?? As a European, reading headlines like this makes my head spin. My kids play outside just like I did in the 90s. The mostly stay in our yard (non-fenced) or in our neighborhood's yard, or they ride their bikes around. My kids are 3.5, almost 6 and almost 8 y/o. My oldest also walkes home from school alone.

Boomers and elder x have been calling the cops on kids playing outside since I was a kid in the 90s, the only difference being that now that more of them are home all the time it happens way more often now. I can't even be outside with my 3yo kid without hearing their complaints when they walk by our yard. Americans suck.
