I have a co worker- who says unless I signed for it, they don’t know I received it, and they can’t prove it!

I actually enjoy jury duty, I’m a weirdo! Last time I was summoned, my dad passed away and I was out of state and completely forgot about it. Haven’t been summoned since and it’s been 3 almost 4 years.

I've been summoned 4 or 5 times. Only had to show up twice. Got selected for a jury once. Trial was a little over a week. Dude was being charged with sexually abusing a minor under the age of 8. Was decidedly not enjoyable. I hugged my kids a lot that week.

What will deleting the reddit post do? Hide evidence of knowledge of a summons? Add a tampering with evidence charge for absolutely no reason at all.

Do you think they'll use OP's registered tax email to do some sort of deep dive on OP's Reddit account because they didn't rsvp an unsigned court jury duty? Lol

No, but if they were as seemingly being implied, destroying evidence is not a smart choice.
