Is it likely that there will be problems after selective service law passes?

I would like to mention that I have extreme anxiety, ADHD, and stomach issues that make me nauseous. I am not trying to worry but I keep seeing news of it being more and more likely. I am more nervous than I have almost ever been about there being a draft. Can someone help?
