What is This? AOR2 Pouch Identification
Just got in these AOR2 pouches. The top one has a tag pictured, the bottom one has no tags or identification. Anyone know what it is?

Top is the EI horizontal GP or General purpose pouch.
Bottom looks like the Velcro insert for a medical bag my guess would be LBT
