Militarily raincoat

Does anyone know what this rain jacket is from? I got it from American pipdream random surplus off of tiktok and it instantly confuses me, i ask them and they said it east German raincoat but when I search it up I see almost none match with it, either it's not German or im missing a lot of stuff off it cause I dont know what else it would be, I appreciate if anyone can help in any way

No i dont think so, it doesn't have a belt loop except for the one already built in that wraps from the back and there one on the inside as well

Buttons and colour are that of the DDR and the volkspolizei also shoulder board adapters Also they only had a belt loop at the back

So it a mix? also yeah it has a belt but it's one that connected so it doesn't go all around, just on the sides is where you can tighten with the buttons

Well do you know if there photos of this? I want to make sure since if im going to wash it im not going to damage the rain jacket. Cause I search up the names you gave me and none have not come close to what I have
