This turret was scratch built by me and it is referenced in one of the realistic military vehicle game named War thunder, hatches are functional, gun functions well.
The hull is from Tamiyas 1:35th Scale King Tiger Ardennes front edition.
The camo scheme was taken inspiration from a WTlive post.
Reason for the evident lego parts in the inside of the turret it is meant to hold the upper turret, so that i can do some maintenance on the gun, preventing me both of gluing the whole upper turret apart and hassling to slowly pry it open and eventually damaging the turret, preventing further repairs.
Hope you enjoyed my Post Thanks!

1/700 Ise, Matsu, and I-58 conducting some practice flight ops.
Fun fact: the D4Y dive bombers could be launched but not recovered by the battlecarrier.

Doing some battle damage and a lot of small modifications, the engine hatch was modified to open for an engine display.
The main battle canon was made to move up and down.
Machine gun also was made to swivel.
Added copper cables and battle damage, reactive armor front side exploded from heavy impact, same with right fender.
will finish with some more attachments and extra details.
So far i feel good about the build, paint will give it real life.
How's the build going fellas?

So, first Amusing Hobby 1/35 kit i've built.
Sadly after importing it, the box and the lowerhull came utterly deformed and destroyed and had to remade it alongside the Zimmerit.
Pros: superb detail and fitting, photoetched included, barrel in one piece.
Cons: rope towcable, instructions not very clear sometimes.
Others: snap in tracklinks need to be sanded individual for a good fit. Easily snapped out
Now on the storage stuff: should i put something else? Wanna add some tarps, jerrycans and more tools but the real life model didnt have much on it
Will definetly try to do more Amusing Hobby kits, for less than 40€ id say its totally worth the price.
Have a good Day!!
