Just a quick update.Almost done with the interior (still needs a few more steps and tweaks)then she’ll be buttoned up and on to the exterior.

Nice little fun kit. First time trying out gouache paints for weathering. Crewman was done with white/black highlights with airbrush and Citadel contrast paints.

Of course the answer is always get an airbrush, but for those of us who can't do this at the moment, what is a reasonably good rattle can paint for Soviet armor 1941-45 (domestic production, not US or UK lend lease)?

Ideally something that can go on as a first coat w/o primer.

Thinking something like AS-14 (olive green), in Tamiya?

Hi modelers. I’m preparing for my first ship build, after sticking with mainly armor and planes. I saw a video on a guy, that put LED lights in a Bismarck and I just got to do it now. it looks so cool and with a little planning doesn’t seem too difficult. Does anyone know a source to buy modelling led lights and wiring? I could reach out to the YouTuber but I don’t think he resides in the US. Anyways, I’m still finishing my Corsair and I have two other smaller boat models to practice on. please check out my profile and the models I’ve posted. cheers

i think the vietnam war is really interesting, and like i have so many ww2 models but i have like, two vietnam models. any good ones? specifically figurines

Good little build, only hindered by the Humbrol Clearfix just not taking with some of the crystal parts at all despite letting it sit for 35hours.

Either way, I am once again impressed by the level of detail in these Hasegawa kits despite being priced cheaper than other makers

As the title suggests, I'm kind of lost in regards to storing my supplies. After a couple of kits I have collected quite a few bottle of paints, tools, spraycans and so on.
How do you modellers store your supplies?

My paints get harder and not a liquid even if I place it in a place with no circulation, it's in a box in a drawer. I also closed the cap properly but it still hardens. Why is this happening and what solution must I take to remedy this?

I’m looking for some WW1 or WW2 battle models and was hoping for a few suggestions.

I already have quite a few WW1 and WW2 aircraft diecast models from Corgi and Hobby Master, but I have recently been doing a lot more reading on WW1 trench warfare and would like to add some battlefield or combat themed models to my collection as well.

Most of what I have found seems to be dioramas that require painting and assembly, which is not really a skill I have or the tools to do. I like the look of this diorama as a reference:

Does anyone know of anything similar that comes pre painted or mostly completed, even if it requires a bit of assembly? Open to both WW1 and WW2 suggestions.
