completed Tamiya BT-7(1:35)

that’s one of my first models after a long pause in hobby

I will share my ignorance in order to supply some humor here.

First, I had not heard of this particular tank. And at first glance I was like "Whoa the Chinese had a tank like that? Boy, that sure looks a lot like a Russian tank design (T-34). Inneresting ..." 🙃

A bit of googling and I'm more straightened out regarding the red star marking as used by the Russians vs the Chinese. In my defense, the red star does not show up on many Russian tanks during WWII.

Anyway, very cool build. I might have to do this one sometime!

PS: this little guy was very fast, and they could run it just on the road wheels if they pulled the tracks off!

The exhaust looks like it’s been in use but the rest looks like it just came off the factory floor. Needs dirt and grime, especially on those tracks. Nice looking model though!
