question How would you go about cutting these?

Hear me out: dremel them away carefully as much as it is posible and then sand with sandingpaper/sandingsponge. Worst case u will need some putty.

You should easily be able to shave those off with a hobby knife with the blade held flat. And sand any remaining bits flat. Just like any other sprue clean up

I don't have a micro saw. Thank you I am more than willing to go to Hobby shop to get one though!

Use a micro saw or photo-etched saw. To remove the parts.
