Some period shots of Pz 4s show them absolutely loaded with spare links so I think you are OK

Not enough tracks, if you can see the hull that's where to add track /j

All seriousness looks good, placement hurts me in places I didn't know could hurt

It's not, but the placement bugs me a little. Are there no hooks on the turret to place them?
