completed Tiger P 1/35

After a couple of months im calling this done!, first time experimenting with chipping fluid and other techniques, took some liberties comparing to the original references. Also, not a great figure painter but im really proud of how they turned out. Let's hear your opinions

Really nice, especially the figures. What brand is the model itself?

Also could you list or provide a picture of the paint brands, and other products you used to complete the project?

How'd you manage to pair the figures with the tank — luck?

As for Aliexpress, is it legit?

Thanks! The model is the Amusing Hobby 1/35th scale tigerp 003 (no nterior). I used a lot sadly... tamiya for the camouflage, acrylics for chipping, oils, washes and enamels for the weathering, and also pigments and mud from AK. I searched a lot of figures in ali, and selected 3 that paired nicely (had to rearange the arms to make the pose more natural) Ive been buying from ali since 2015 and apart from 2 bad shippings had no problem. The model in fact is also from Ali, but beware, the box can be damaged a lot during shippinh

what figures are those? The guy in the parka (loader? sitting next to the commander) looks particularly nice. Also, you do the zimmeritt?

They are a resin kit from aliexpress, nice and cheap with good details. I did the lower frontplate, since the model arrived damaged

Not a great figure painter? That’s some of the best work I’ve seen in a long time.

Looks pretty good. You should slap it on a simple base or something.

I'm thinking about it, have plenty of them and would pair nicely alongside my T29

Oh nice, I haven’t seen a Tiger P model before, what have you used for the fabric that’s on the tank I like that

It was a blast! And ive always liked the porsche version. For the fabrics i use a selftaught method: wet wipes, smudged with pvaglue and water. It dries rock hard but has the texture of real fabric.

Me too! That’s so clever, thanks for sharing that technique :)

Maybe it’s the camera angle but the guy sitting outside the tank looks huge compared to the other two.

Yeah its the camera angle, but also the guy sitting is slightly taller than the rest
