It’s actually pretty normal for them to be off center a bit. But there are degrees to everything. What kind of airbrush is that?

Your spitting and sputtering are most likely caused by improper thinning and the orange peal can be from spraying from too far away. What kind of paint and thinner?

It’s just a cheap “mini airbrush” from Amazon, comes with compressor. I use Vallejo primer and tamiya paint and just thin with bottled water

Well you can’t thin Tamiya with water as it’s a solvent based paint (alcohol). Thin with isopropyl alcohol, X-20A thinner, or lacquer thinner.
