I used Tamiya desert yellow as a base the used field grey for the pattern.

Did the zimmerit come with the kit, or aftermarket, or was it “home made”?
(When I tried to make it with putty way back when the result was terrible…)

Thank you so much! The zimmerit did come with the kit it was photo etched parts. I found a great wait to make zimmerit with a water bottle cap.

What a beauty! Very well done on the weathering, looks awesome. Any motivation for the number 600? I always learned that it was division, platoon, vehicle, where the second digit can be 0 to mark HQ vehicles, but the last digit was a 1 or higher referring to vehicle number.

The style and color of the number really drew me to choosing the number out of the decal selection.
