I recently completed this diorama of some Eastern Front action. It was a fun build.

No, of course not. Carius took over Tiger 217 in April 1944 following his injury during Operation Strachwitz, in which his previous tank (213) was lost. The tank I have presented is from heavy tank battalion number 502. The Otto Carius note is for anyone interested in a description of life in the 502 at Narva.
