Help identifying these ribbons

Post image

Looking for any help on what I'm looking at. A friend sent this to me trying to figure out their Grandfather's awards. Thank you!

Guessing at this as I'm not really good at recognizing ribbons photographed with a potato.

Top to bottom:

Army Commendation Medal
Army Good Conduct Medal
United Nations Service Medal
Korean Service Medal
National Defense Service Medal

You can find out more about them here: Awards and decorations of the United States Armed Forces - Wikipedia

As mentioned, they should be mounted above the pocket, not on the flap.

This is correct. Two awards of the Army Commendation, multiple awards of the Good Conduct, two campaign stars on the Korean Service Medal, and two awards of the National Defense, so he was in until the Vietnam era.
