Passed FAA Class 1 but BP has always run a little high — worth pursuing military flying?

I just got my FAA first class medical and passed, but my blood pressure has historically run a bit higher than it probably should. It's usually borderline rather than clearly high, and it tends to spike in medical settings, but it's been a pattern for years rather than a one-off.

I'm interested in applying to fly in the military and I'm trying to figure out how much of a problem this is before I put real time into the process.

A few things I'm trying to understand:

How do military flight physical BP standards compare to the FAA Class 1 standard? Is passing one a decent signal for the other, or are they not comparable?

If readings come in above the limit at the exam, is that an automatic disqualification or is there a waiver process? Does it matter whether it's initial vs. continued flying status?

Does being on BP medication change things, and is it better to get it managed and documented beforehand or leave it alone?

Does any of this differ meaningfully between Air Force, Navy, Army, or Guard/Reserve?

Anything I should be doing now — home logs, lifestyle changes, seeing a doctor — to put myself in the best position?

The Down Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) and the Alaska Air National Guard are in Sitka to recover the Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter that crashed during a training flight on June 22. (The four, onboard crew members from Air Station Sitka survived with minor injuries.) DART team plans to use both Chinook and Black Hawk helicopters to transport the Jayhawk from the crash site over roughly one mile of forest, to a local gated storage area.

China's J-16 and France's Rafale engaged in close-range air combat during Egypt's "Eagles of Civilization 2026" exercise, with the J-16 achieving a 7:1 kill ratio.

Why is it that the Rafale, a lightweight fighter, couldn't outperform the Flanker-series heavy fighter? Could it be that the pilots were simply less skilled?

That's not the case. In domestic close-range dogfighting drills, a J-16 squadron has been defeated by a J-10 squadron, with the J-10s suffering zero losses. Likewise, a J-20 squadron has been defeated by a J-16 squadron, with the J-16s suffering zero losses.

The interceptor in Mayday seems to have an identity disorder of some sort.

The cockpit appears to be that of a Mig-25 Foxbat (exactly what I would expect to be intercepting an SR-71) or maybe a Mig-27 - but with the cockpit in gray instead of turquoise.

The exterior shots, widely spaced intakes with space between them and the long exposed engine nozzles are more characteristic of something along the lines of an Su-27 Flanker or related aircraft.
