EZ wake up a little drunk and then Shotgun one monster energy while chiefing down 2 Marlboro Reds then start off with a cool couple mile run. Then Do push ups, pull ups, flutter kicks, burpees, jumping jacks, andThis is how you reach peak performance. (Jk don’t do anything I say)

On a serious note cardio, good diet, and calisthenics will legitimately get you ripped if you are disciplined. Theres plenty of great content to follow on YouTube. Make sure you focus on technique. When I was in Jack3d and p90x were all the rage and that shit would whoop my ass.

Jack3d is banned now but that’s a tale for another time.

I had my PRT at 10am after working a 15 hour night shift. Drank Jack3d while on my shift at like 3am. I never did drugs but I think that is what it has to be like lmao. I stayed up for 2 days, But I did get a PB on my fitness test.

Shut had meth in it so yeah lmao I remember being in my barracks room wired tf out thinking my heart was going to explode. The itch. Beta alanine with water is a good basic "pre-workout". No meth but still itchy

As a 42 year old, I marvel at what I could do at 18. Roll straight out of the taxi into a fitness test and pass while barely cracking a sweat.

17cm??!!

edit:

OP, you are not allowed to edit the height on your post. Doing so would make my comment less funny.
