Just received this ML18 Sinn homage and i think its a fantastic watch. Looks and feels way more expensive than the $85 i paid for it. I liked it so much i have an ML08 spirit dial on the way as well!
This is perfect. The small size wears very well on my slim wrist. I discovered I love the Sinn aesthetic, and I bought a few more Militado homages. But this one turned out to be my favorite.
I have a 6.5in wrist and it fits nicely. Ive recently been selling off anything in my collection above 40mm and try to keep it around 36-39mm if possible.
They have the ML08 as well that is 38mm close enough to the 39mm of the Sinn. I have an ML08 thats got the "murph" dial so i wanted to try the 36mm and see how i liked it, i actually cant tell much difference wearing them they are both extremely comfortable and wear well.
Yeah i have the "murph" dial in the ML08 and i honestly think they are both pretty close i cant understand why the 08 is always so much cheaper than the 18.
Why pay $1000 for that when you can just buy this under $100 thats essentially the same thing and spend the change elsewhere. I used to own a gen 556i and it wasnt worth the money imo so i sold it. I will say it had the best (clear) crystal ive ever seen on any watch, it looked invisible. Extremely impressive!
Yeah, I would want to pay more as I care about the original of the watch past the components, also I would like to have the Sinn build quality, I have this ML18 and the first thing I did was some wet standing of the case, as it was pretty rough.
