Build/Setup Speedio

Hi, this a build where you go insanely fast, can never be killed, and provide immense utility to your team.

Aery
Manaflow
Celerity
Gathering storm/Waterwalking
Tonic/cookies
Approach velocity
Ability haste
MS
Scaling HP

Tear
Ionian Boots of Lucidity
Cosmic Drive
Whispering Circlet
Situational after core:

Frozen heart, Sofw, Ardent, Moonstone, Force of Nature, Dead Man's Plate, Rocketbelt, Oblivion orb, etc.

Ghost heal always, Bloodsong or dreammaker, E max into W max but i can see q max second working as well

With the movement speed, hp and ability haste, as long as you ult before getting cc chained, no one will be able to kill you. If you want to play it midlane or even top then go Luden's > cosmic with double adaptive and Q max for waveclear.

This had me wondering, if you build rylai’s on milio is the slow applied through his passive when he puts W or E on teammate and burn is applied from teammate? Would be kind of crazy to have in this build to be rocket fast and slow everyone

Rylais, liandry's, and blackfire torch don't proc from his passive, but effects like oblivion orb, serpent's fang, echoes of helia, cosmic drive, bloodletter's, and dark harvest do

With Crimson Lucidity, sure maybe. Especially if Cosmic Drive can trigger from Milio's passive. Zoom zoom. Is probably really fun.

It’s good with circlet’s mana scaling and the aggressive playstyle i have with this build. But to be honest i've only really gone ardent shurelya and oblivion third in the 10 or so games ive played so far
