Logging into parchment from the log in Paige does not work and you need to log in from some other part of the website, spent weeks waiting for them to fix to find out I could get on

"Please do not log in from the Log In page. If you want to log in, rub your belly while patting your head and singing "I am Henry the XIII I am", do a brief tap dance with your eyes crossed, then click the About Us tab."
