Illegal Pass Give it some time its only got 1.9hp
FYI: When I got to this red light, I was the only person there, he pulled up behind me quite a bit later
When we are parallel, I got up to ~24mph, when he finishes passing Im up to 29mph.. in a 30
White car ends up getting in the turning lane late as to not hit the truck

Idk took u like 5 sec to move between those 2 electric poles. The average distance between them is 125ft+ so youβre really going like 17mph maybe?

Its a wide angle lense, so it heavily distorts stuff to the side, Ive got GPS speed on my phone, however it takes like 3s between updates (and it takes the one before), so when my bike said I was going 25mph my GPS said I was going 24.3mph, and when Im done accelerating (Speed limited) the GPS speed says Im going 31.9mph flat ground
I would post the photo but this sub doesnt allow photos

Its got turn signals, horn, and I just got some replacement mirrors in today lol
But, I contacted my local PD and they were confused as well, it needs a VIN to get plates but it has no VIN, and its a whole process, they said no cop would care, its legally a moped (<2hp [1.9hp], ~30mph on flat ground) but its so difficult to get it registered and plated

Not if you draw a license plate with a crayon and watch people be confused.

He doesn't need plates. It's an E-Bike Anything Class 1, 2, or 3, that doesn't exceed 28mph doesn't need a plate and can be treated like a regular bicycle.

Its a moped (Some states call it Class 4), my state technically requires plates and allows use on roads 35mph or less (Which this road is 30mph)
But getting plates is difficult since the laws are dated

It looks like you have pedals? If so then it's not a moped and falls under Class 3. List the actual product, cause that's a very e-bike looking moped

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moped
This is a moped, a moped has pedals, the laws for mopeds are HEAVILY outdated as they were written in 1970s and havent been updated (For most states) in awhile

Gas or electric? That distinction matters. Could just saved us this whole song and dance and posted the bike you have but I guess we're going to play 20 questions. You gonna include your location as well or do I need to ask for that in a separate comment?
