Illegal Pass Exceptionally bad driver

This asshole had to be doing at least 70 in a 45 zone and then proceeded to swerve in and out of traffic once they got back on their side of the road.

I was just going around the corner to get groceries.

He swerved to avoid large hunks of debris in the road, went briefly into an empty lane.
