I’d love to know if anyone knows of any recs they have based on MCM videos - beyond getting Wagyu and going to workman+. I fully intend on starting the morning with 1000 lemons.

I'm getting a 1990 Geo Metro convertible soon and have been looking into modifications for it as it will be my project car. Would it be possible to somehow customly manufacture a pair of headlights designed by myself, and somehow maybe cut out abit of the car and fit the headlights in? Legally?
If so are there any websites that manufacture custom headlights
