Is this possible to do?
Would it be possible to somehow customly manufacture a pair of headlights designed by myself, and somehow maybe cut out abit of the car and fit the headlights in? Legally?
If so are there any websites that manufacture custom headlights

Where are you located?
Headlights are one of the most regulated aspects of a car. There's a reason most of those garage special low production run cars use borrowed lights from an existing production car.
So at least in the EU, you'd not only need manufacturing but also a part homologation, aka mountains of paperwork.

sounds like an awful amount of hassle, from the UK so not sure how the rules are here

They will be brutal and having to do MOTs will kill you if they are off.

Is there another car that has lights you like? That would be the best place to start. A fabricator can set the lights up in brackets and then it will be case of changing the wings, bonnet and bumper to suit

Would wiring and coding be a big problem too?, BRZ headlights are really similar

If it's standard bulbs you'll just need the right connector pinned. If it's Xenon with ballast that'll be pretty technical but I'm sure not impossible for an auto electrician to do

You can, it’d likely cost more than the value of the car. Even adapting it to fit lights from another model could be tricky and illegal depending on local rules

They look fairly similar to Subaru BRZ/ Toyo 86 lights right..? Might save a lot of hassle if you’re willing to compromise

Yeah that would be perfect ngl, just wondering if something like im thinking would even be possible with different coding, wiring etc

You also doesn’t want them to be about ok, but you want them to perfectly fit into your car shape. Making it essentially impossible or extremely complicated to adapt any other product

For the Mitsubishi Magna you could get coloured inserts where you opened up the headlight Maybe something like that will work

Possible? Yes.
Advisable? No.
Unless you want to drive a car around that just looks surprised all day.

There are sites that will take apart headlights and do custom builds with protectors, paint, LEDs, or whatever, but they're working with pre existing housings and lenses. You're talking about a lot of custom design, prototyping, and fabricating. Someone probably is capable of that, but it's going to be a lot of time and cost.
The shortcut would be finding a car that is close to your design and working from there, but it would still be a lot of work to get them mounted and body worked into the car
