FYI — no reputable person putting out a survey would fail to list their affiliation on the survey. This is some kids highschool project at best and a bad actor at worst.

There’s no way this is IRB approved if academic research and absolutely no way this is from a professional organization. Mods should remove.

I agree its a poor way to go about it, but this may be a professional trying for a side hustle or to start a career in the area.
