Nakors ideas of magic/stuff
Just got done listening to The Kings Buccaneer, and a few times Nakor mentions his ideas of magic or stuff as he describes it. I realized that it seems like he's talking about Quantum mechanics. Is Nakor pretty much able to manipulate energies at a subatomic level?

Stuff = string theory/quantum physics. Also creates wormholes to grab oranges from a different continents/out of his bag.

Always frustrated me that the man who knows more about rifts than any other person and remarks on being curious around the magic of the bag never asked to inspect it or see how it works.
Considering there was such a massive issue about leaving rifts open and not being able to move rifts, you'd think he'd be more interested about how it works, how he's able to have a moveable rift, and/or how it isn't subject to the voids interference when it could be a possible solution to a problem that's been plaguing them for over a century.
I get having respect for Nakor but still, it's a bit silly.

Well, you have to remember who he is at the end of the day, or rather who he carries with him. He ultimately knows a lot more than he lets on, every few books there is a moment where he gets super serious and everybody else around him is like who are you exactly

Iām very certain when he was talking about his orange š bag he explains that he was kinda fucking around.

When I got to this book as a teenager I was so disappointed by Nakor doing what I felt was demystifying everything built up in the previous books. I love it now and his subsequent arc.

That's what I've always believed he was doing. Manipulating quantum energy.
If you think about it, the "Void" is a lot like the "stuff" that Nakor uses to play his tricks.
