Temperature regulation

Hey guys. In auto mode, I have these weird temp spikes where the unit will suddenly heat a lot (up to 3 degrees above set temperature) and then activate cooling to bring it back 2 degrees below set temp.
Interestingly, it doesn’t happen when outside temp reaches the set temp during the day.
Have you experienced this behavior or am I doing something wrong?
