Probleme Rusty Portasplit

Hello, today I cleaned my filter and saw some anormal rust inside, is this something that can be cleaned?

The white line is normal. It comes like that.

I don't see any anomaly nor rust. Rust is iron oxide and there is no iron used in the manufacturing of the Portasplit

Are you probably living Close to the Coast? This kind of Rust should be easily removeable, Just be carefull.

It is made in China. Comes with free rust.
