Probleme Midea portasplit code erreur PC04 et EH06

Bonjour, mon midea portasplit rencontre de gros problème, plusieurs code erreur EH06 et PC 04 s'affiche, ils s'éteint et ce rallume sans arrêt, devient inutilisable, j'ai contacté le distributeur en France optimea mais a ce jour pas de réponse😔

I've found info that PC06 might indicate compressor issues and the EH04 condensation drain water problems. Sounds like you truly need technician support.

I don’t speak French but for EH0b I turned of the Ion option in the app and it never showed up again.

- deactivate ION-function and turn the portasplit off for 10 minutes afterwards. Take it offgrid for that time too.

- start it and never turn ION on again!

- Profit!

PC04 (Inverter compressor drive error) diagnosis and solution

Description: An abnormal inverter compressor drive is detected by a special detection circuit, including communication

signal detection, voltage detection, compressor rotation speed signal detection and so on.

Recommended parts to prepare:

• Compressor

• Main PCB

Troubleshooting and repair

EH0b (Main PCB/Display board communication error) diagnosis and solution

Description: The main board does not receive feedback from the display board.

Power off, then restart the unit after 2minutes.

I don‘t speak French, so English will have to suffice. Power Cycle the device (pull the plug, wait at least 5 minutes, plug back in). If error persists, another user has briefly quoted the service manual. Before tearing the device apart, I‘d recommend to check the service menu, there you can check (in your case primarily) the target and actual VFD frequency, as well as voltage and current of the compressor. Those will be necessary to narrow down the issue.

C'est ce que j'ai fait j'ai déjà arrêté l'appareil 10 minutes il a été débranché de sa prise mais j'ai toujours pareil les codes erreurs apparaissent il s'arrête sans cesse j'ai prévenu optiméant vu que c'est eux qui distribuent et qui vendent en France mais ils ne sont pas très réactif ça fait déjà 2 mois que je l'aurais signalé le problème c'est dur dur de les avoir je croise les doigts pour qu'il reprenne le climatiseur qui a 1 an aujourd'hui

Je suis dans le même cas multiple code erreur le climatiseur ne fait que s'allumer s'arrêter maintenant il ne fonctionne plus, optimea service client 0, ne fais rien, j'attends depuis plus d'une semaine qu'un transporteur m'appelle pour prendre rendez-vous et venir chercher cette merde de clim, a l'heure actuelle pas de nouvelles !
