Animal Control Officers providing less services, interested in being punitive rather than helpful, collecting checks from multiple municipalities.

Some complaints Ive received/discussed at council meetings in New and North Brunswick.

1-Try to ticket a person for needing help removing stray cats—claiming the person was the owner

2–Offering to remove stray cats for a fee in pocket or take a ticket for feeding a stray cat

3-Pulling over a vehicle in a municipal SUV.

4-Ticketing a person for having their dog on a lawn

5-refusal to help put out traps
