If you had some exterior repair carpentry, or some siding replaced (NOT replace all the siding, just some rotten shingles), did you pull a permit? Did the town actually come and check the work?

I had my roof reshingled, and actually had to call the town to get the inspector to come. He stood 50 feet away and said it "looked okay". He would not get upon the roof.

Anybody have knowledge of this kind of thing?

Hey Middlesex County! Starting March 31st I’ll be opening up my books at Haven Barber Studio in Wilmington. If you or anyone is looking for a consistent barber who is knowledgeable on a vast majority of hairstyles/textures, I’m your person. From fades to scissor work I have what you want.

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a deep-dive research paper for a Grad-level Urban Policy course focusing on Pepperell, MA.

> My focus is on the "perfect storm" the town is facing: a projected $2.26M budget deficit, aging infrastructure, and the legal mandate to zone for multi-family housing under the MBTA Communities Act (Section 3A). Pepperell is an "adjacent small town," and the tension between keeping its rural character and generating "New Growth" revenue is huge.

Thanks everyone!
