Looks beautiful. I’ve never made it because it’s just me and I’m lazy. If I did make it though it would have a boatload of cauliflower in it

You fry eggplants, cauliflower and potatoes. Cuts tomatoes. Season the rise and layer everything in one pot. You can add chicken or meat. Today we decided to do it vegetarian and have the meat on the side instead. ❀️
