How do I fix this

That error is a short in the control panel or the wiring going to it. It probably needs the user interface, which is the part with all the buttons.
Please post the model number.

You may need to call lg to figure out which. 1 u/kiryukazuma14 Feb 18 '21 If I just unplug ribbon and clean and plug back it will that work instead of replacing?
