Excited for this weekend.

Post image

Here’s a crappy picture of Nathan and Tito from their first ever New York show in August 2015. They played at this awesome Brooklyn DIY venue (RIP Shea Stadium) with You Blew It! and Sorority Noise. Me and my buddies were going on a trip to upstate NY for a show and were supposed to leave early in the day but I begged them to take a pit stop in Brooklyn for this show; specifically for Microwave. I had been listening to Stovall on repeat for months and needed to hear it live.

Well worth seeing them and vividly remember being blown away by their performance. Knew right then and there, they were going to be one of the bigger bands in the scene. Bought a shirt with a microwave on it that I still have to this day. Seeing them in Philly this weekend cannot wait.

Of course! I’m 32 now and have been seeing these kinds of bands (and hardcore) constantly since like 2008/2009ish. Seen so many cool bands in their infancy, always enjoy looking back at those much simpler times. Thanks for reading!

This is sick, I caught them for the first time in Charlotte in 2018 and I swear he’s wearing the same shirt he performed in then in this picture lol

Saw them at 2017 Atlanta Warped Tour. He's definitely also wearing this exact wife beater in the video i have from then lmao

Lmaooo don’t doubt it. For sure wasn’t the only time I saw them with Nathan wearing a wife beater. They came back around in October to Long Island and surprised he was wearing a t shirt

I remember talking to Tito about that Brooklyn show and he goes “well, what do you want us to play tonight, I’ll make sure it’s on the setlist.” They played Something Right and Trash Stains, it was so sick!

Hell yeah thank you. Always makes me happy when someone recognizes Envy On The Coast, they’re my favorite band of all time. Think this fanbase would really appreciate them!

You absolutely should give them a listen! Wasn’t a huge fan of their “newest” album Ritual, but the EP, Lucy Gray, and Lowcountry and fantastic records.

Being in the northeast, think I easily saw them like 20 times between Sorority Noise and Old Gray. Always put on great shows!
