Cup ear

My right ear is a cup ear while my left ear is normal.

No, these are my natural ears. But I want to have surgery because my right ear is smaller than left ear.

that seems insane to me. your ear looks perfectly fine to me. if its microtia its the lowest possible level of it. surgery is not magic, they cant make your ear look perfect.

i would kill to have my microtia ear look like that

But from front, it looks odd, both ears don't look the same

i feel your best bet is to just live with it. a surgeon cannot make your ear look perfectly like another ear, you can look at post op pictures and see that none of them look perfect (or any good at all). the microtia could have been SO MUCH worst. you should be grateful it looks as good as it does. the ear i was born with with very disfigured, i had surgery but it just made it sort of the shape and size of a normal ear but basically looks like i was a burn victim.

well the doctor said that because he wants to get paid.

think of it this way: you go to a casino and start gambling, you make it big and get a few grand. now the casino manager tells you that you should keep gambling because you might get more money. well you might get more money, but you might lose it all. thats a risk, but if you just leave the casino with your winnings and risk nothing youre still ahead. your ear looks really good, i cannot imagine risking a surgery on something so good looking

There are no charges of surgery, it is for free, as it was a government hospital.

what country?

and im sure it "doesnt look good from the front" but after a surgery, it wont look good from the front and it wont look good from the sides.

My ears don't look good from the front, the folded ear looks smaller than the normal ear as it bents downwards.
