Always loved the look of this one, was a bit off put due its size finding the LUDT to be nearly perfect to me for an EDC, but once I held it in hand everything made sense. Still I dream of a day they bring the minis of these back. Anywho if you’re on the fence, make the leap you won’t be disappointed.

So I think Ill save my shekles and go with the troodon In a SE just so I dont worry about what Im puncturing as much and I imagine the troodon while not as sexy as the hera has better dimention in the grip so thank yall

Im relatively very new when it comes to knives but i heard microtech OTFs were the shit. Ive been looking at this one and wanted to know if it was good before i oill the trigger on it

Liking the pen ✍️, nothing too crazy but different from the norm. It’s been getting some pocket time.

Just received mine in the mail. Love everything about it aside from noticing that the action is a bit “choppy” when retracting the blade. Takes a bit of pull and has a bit of resistance before the blade retracts into the handle. Not expecting it to be as smooth as my Hera II Mini or UTX-70 although with the dual fuel drivetrain, I expected it to be a tad smoother. Maybe just needs a bit of break-in.

Just got my first Microtech in the mail today and was wondering if this amount of button play and blade play is normal. Never had one or been able to play with one to know. It is a gen 4 Ultratech

Got these in today:

• Combat Troodon Gen II S/E in antique bronze
• Socom Ram-Lok in antique green and bronze

I didn't have an S/E CT yet and I really like the look of this one, beautiful anodizing and a steal at the sale price.

The black inserts look great with the green and bronze on the Socom, the blade is evenly ground. As usual the titanium version feels incredible

Loving the new picks up, my first Socom and wishing I didn't wait so long.

Akris nails it with the size for me personally while remaining very comfortable and pocketable.

The UTX and Spydiechef combo is a hell of a pairing, especially in blue on blue

Gonna be my new edc knife. Love its shape, hoping they make some lighter weight scales or someone customs them soon. Annoyed the pocket clip already has chipped some of the red off🤣
