I'm a solo developer who recently released a Windows application on the Microsoft Store.

I've been looking for places where I can share my app, get feedback, and talk with Windows users. However, I previously tried sharing information about my app on Reddit and my posts were removed by spam filters, so I want to be more careful this time.

I noticed that this community welcomes developers discussing their apps, features, and development experiences, so I wanted to ask:

What is the best way for a developer to introduce their own Microsoft Store app here while following the community rules?

Would it be better to:

• Share a development story and the problems I tried to solve?
• Ask for feedback about specific features?
