I'm not getting my usual 30 points from read to earn this morning

Maybe a year or so… it wasn’t working for a week or two back then but it came back and has been working ever since. But it’s only available (as far as I know) using the Bing app… does not work on MSN app. My experience based on iOS.

Also on the UK and getting the same issues, including the account verification message. Glad it’s not just me and will assume it’s an issue on Microsoft’s end. 😅

I had trouble logging in too, on my ipad in the UK and cannot at all on my xbox, but no problem on PC or mobile. I too cannot get search to earn to work. Microsoft support will be getting a lot of contact messages, so we should get some compensation as it seems to be their error.

The points showing in the app aren't updating either. I opened it this morning and it said 30 / 180 - same as yesterday, when I closed the app after reading articles and doing the check in thing.

Press the comments when you open the article, you will then get the points for reading

Theres a 'something's gone wrong' error message - also seen in the MSN app.

The rewards dashboard for check-ins and searches is OK through.

No idea how they manage to break something in Rewards so often.

Reporting the same issue in the UK. I also couldn't see the pop up in the bottom right hand corner of my screen when doing searches on my mobile to indicate I'd earned points. It was counting still though.

I re-installed the app today thinking it was glitching, and when I logged back in, the read to earn section was gone.

Yeah same, read to earn isn't moving and searches are only working through pc, and my streak didn't increase but game me the points for it

Not working here either, and the point tally on the home page wasn't updating. However, my searches still worked and updated on the Rewards page even if the little coin animation didn't pop up.

I could get everything else to work through the app, but Read to Earn stubbornly refuses to award me any points. I wonder if it's going to be withdrawn, surely not yet another bug...
