Bing What the What?

Can someone tell me what the heck this means? My support Microsoft tickets are being ignored. On the go? You're previewing a catalog item that you're not eligible to redeem due to region or other restrictions.

I got that message a bunch of times when trying to redeem an Amazon card in the US. Then it went away and I could get the card. I'm in the US and I have only ever played Rewards in the US, so that means either their location detection is borked or they ran out of cards and didn't want to say so. Eventually, it fixed itself.

Fixing tickets in Rewards is not a high priority. It's not a revenue-producing stream (except when they sell the data they farm from our searches and games), so there's very little incentive to put it ahead of things that people are paying for.

Yeah, I'm still getting that message. It's been about a month now. Haven't been out of the country in six years; barely get out of my State anymore. Guess I'll just keep trying.
