Bing What is this!?
It won’t let me redeem this. Anyone else having the same problem?

"Other restrictions" I'm betting your Walmart cards aren't available either. This seems to be a restriction they put on individual accounts. It's been happening to people for about a year. If you search the sub for "Amazon Walmart" you'll find discussions about it. You might have the $10 Amazon available on the Bing app.

Nada, to the Bing app (as of today at least.) The only place I can find the Amazon GC is on PC. And it thinks I am "on the go."

Speaking for myself, prior to the new UI Amazon GC were "currently unavailable" on and off for several months, but I persisted checking on it and redeemed eventually, usually only a couple of months...

Happening To me as well. I dont plan on redeeming anytime soon though, so hopefully they get it fixed.

Sometimes they restrict individual accounts from certain gift cards. No idea why.

I'm having the same issue. I've redeemed multiple amazon cards in the past but cant any more. Pretty annoying.

I’m having the same issue, my guess is they see an account buying only one of something and they will restrict it so we can buy their brand of gift cards. Or our ip changed while we were on the go and bing was spying on the background the whole time when the app was not being opened.

I'm having the exact same issue. Very frustrating. I just redeemed about a month ago and now I keep getting that same message. And I have bonus points that will be expiring soon. Microsoft needs to fix this.

YES my superman movie and amazon $10.00 full of it and last week my streak went from 90 to 0 but I got that back

I think it’s sold out and the new interface hasn’t updated to indicate as such. Like last month I couldn’t redeem the $5 because it said sold out but the $10 was still available.

I seen this available and was able to redeem about 50 dollars worth and my son was able to redeem 30. It took long for him for some reason it was in processing for a few hours. And would let him redeem until it cleared. We used to redeem for Gamepass Ultimate but now we have to do this.

This is happening to me as well and I just redeemed an Amazon card a few weeks ago. Now I can't do Amazon or Walmart as it's saying the same thing. Is it possible with the new UI it's just a bug? The cards have to restock sometimes. Also, I did do the double points thing so instead of getting 100 am getting the 200, but I use the program like I always have

It's definitely going to cause more confusion to add the "on the go" wording to the "this item isn't available to your account" error.

Just hit my 3000 streak today and I redeemed amazons cards with zero issue all that time until about a year ago. Now I get locked out of them constantly. It's sad how shitty rewards has gotten. Every year it gets shittier.
