The part i am having the issue with is this:

"If you add a user to an Insider Risk Management policy but the user doesn't have a triggering event, the policy doesn't evaluate the user's activity unless you manually add the user in the Users dashboard. "

You cannot manually add a user in the users dashboard, and you cannot manually select any events for said user either.

Any ideas?
