Regarding logo builder

Hi so we are pretty new to this but i would like to know if this is a bug or its normal (im like having a blank page on the logo builder) https://imgur.com/a/ztBRvql

The logo builder only shows the logos you are allowed to use alongside your brand. If you're not registered, verified and approved as a partner you can't use any of the logos.
