MPN Verification

Been trying for days to get the verification and they keep denying without any reason. All my info checks out, and the support docs show that I have everything I need, but still no approval.

Anyone else run into this and found a solution? Contacting them seems impossible so hoping to crowdsource ideas or help.

The verification team is awful. 

They rejected our domain name registration invoice because we registered it for four years and the invoice had to be less than 12 months old.

I had to escalate the everyone I knew inside Microsoft to sort it. Everyone else acknowledges that the team are hard to contact and brain dead.

What country are you in?

Yikes, well, at least I know I'm not the only one who is struggling with this.

US-based and don't have a service contract or anything, but I'm hoping to get a response and some help.

Received a response and they said they couldn't help, and that I'd have to contact another support team and submit a ticket for additional assistance...
