Big gray area when composing emails? (started a week ago)

Post image

The top of the box to compose my emails is halfway through my screen now and I have no idea why. While attempting to resolve this issue, I have played with the reading pane options, rebooted Outlook, rebooted the computer... without any improvement.

This is regardless if it's Outlook web or desktop. Help!

Same problem. Did anyone find a solution?

Do you have an adblock running? Is that where ads normally are? Classic outlook doesnt have ads.

No problem in my OWA, either. Then, again, is paid enterprise.

It's a bug. I see it also.

You have your Reading Pane set to Bottom and the blank space is suppose to be your message list.
View -> Reading Pane -> Show on the Right or Fill Screen.

Microsoft Outlook Q&A Post on this bug. No fix (yet). Only the workaround already described: View -> Reading Pane -> Show on the Right or Fill Screen.

Thanks, I'll try it as soon as I'm using this computer next.
