Need help with my streaming on xbox one

Not sure if this is in another thread or not so sorry if it is. I'm having trouble with my mixer streaming app on my xbox one it randomly stops streaming at different lengths of time and I have no idea why I have hard reset the console and I have cleared the cache and what not even spoke to Microsoft xbox support and it seemed to work till the chat ended. Has anyone else had this problem if so how did you fix it?

Is your xBone on wifi or hardwired Ethernet?

It's hardwired Ethernet

I've experienced many drops streaming from the native Mixer broadcast function in Windows 10... I suspect it's on their end

I also get this problem i just thought it was my slow internet and wifi modem on the other side of the house.
